The Zambia national team beat Comoros 2-0 in a COSAFA U20 match played this afternoon at Nkoloma stadium.
Fransisco Mwepu opened the scoring in 56th minute when he showed composure in the 18-yard box and finish off a good team move.
Mwepu had a chance to score a brace from the spot-kick but Comoros goalkeeper Ahmed Fadjidou stood ground to deny the striker.
Substitute Eliot Kampukesa wrapped up the match in the 81st minute from close range. Zambia is nearly through to Semifinals as they only need a draw in their final game.

Green Eagles midfielder Muma Mumba was voted as the player of the match.

Zambia’s next game will be at Nkoloma stadium on the 9th of December against Malawi.
