YASA Queens captain Rhoda Nakanyika is optimistic that her team will collect maximum points this afternoon when they play host to Indeni Roses in the 2020/21 FAZ Women’s Superleague match Week 8 encounter at Hospice Ground with kick-off set at 15:00hrs.
Speaking in an interview with the ZamFoot Crew, Nakanyika said they are ready to face Indeni who have to brace themselves for their stern challenge.
“The team is very much ready to face Indeni this afternoon, we are fully equipped and we hope to pick up a positive result. We have been training hard so they have to be ready for the Stubborn YASA challenge that we have for them,” Nakanyika said.
YASA has been draw specialists in this campaign but coming from a hard-fought 4-3 victory last weekend against Queens Academy, however, the tough hard Tackling defender feels they are not under pressure and they are fully aware how tough the league is this time around all they want is a positive result today.
“We are not under pressure, we just have to collect maximum points. They just have to donate points to us. We as the Stubborn YASA have drawn so many games and they were not easy because every team is on top of their game. After all, they don’t want to lose points so it’s either we share or they give us maximum points.”
” It’s Indeni who are under pressure because they are coming with that force of winning while we are going to be at home,” she added.
This will be the first-ever meeting between Stubborn YASA who are occupying position 6 against The Oilo Ladies who are in 5th position on the log standing with only a point separating these two sides.
