WSL: Elite return to winning ways as Police Doves, Nkwazi, and Indeni record wins 

Elite Ladies returned to winning ways as they thrashed Nkana Queens 4-1 away in Kitwe. 

Elite put their week 1 heavy defeat at the hands of ZESCO United behind them to record their first win of the season. 

Goals from Comfort Selemani, Matilda Mukunda, Saliya Mwanza and Natasha Mushiko gave the Patricia Masiye coached side a comfortable win. 

Victoria Mwape scored a consolation goal for the hosts. 

In Solwezi, Police Dove Queens edged Kamfisa Police Blue Eagles 2-1 thanks to a goal from Edah Lungu and Namwila Mwaka own goal. 

Naomi Chiwele scored for Kamfisa Police Blue Eagles. 

In Chingola, Indeni Roses were too good for Nchanga Rangers Queens as they handed them a 4-0 bashing. 

Esther Mushota, Noria Sosala, Grace Mulaisho and Edith Phiri scored a goal each to give Indeni a comfortable win. 

The win means Indeni shoot to the summit of the log with 6 points from two games. 

Nkwazi Queens edged Zanaco Ladies 1-0 thanks to an Esther Phiri lone goal.
