  1. I usually can’t comprehend the strategies of the Magnificent Kabwe Warriors Management. In the 2016/2017 season, the club lost almost the entire first team cadre of players, no quality players were brought in or developed from the lower ranks. Chintu Kampamba, a loyal son of the people’s team, was sacked Then Elijah Chikwanda was brought in. He helped the team survive relegation with 2 games to spare. This was after the team had battled for the entire half season in relegation waters. After this miraculous achievement Chikwanda was released and Tenant Chilumba who had been released at NAPSA was brought in.
I would have expected that after being replaced by Chikwanda Chintu should have been sent to Europe or even South America for training. Upon his return Chikwanda should have also been sent for training. This would have ensured the team had properly trained coaches capable of pushing it forward.
Why is Chikwanda only brught to the team when all the chips are down? wy can’t he be maintained for 5 years or so to enable him infuse his system into the team?
We hear that now they have brought in 6 players or so, how many players has the team lost in the last 2 seasons? and what value will these new players bring? If this trend is not reversed, Kabwe Warriors will be fighting relegation day in and day out.
What or who exactly is the problem at Kabwe Warriors? The coaches that are roped in or the teams Management?
