The Cameroon U20 national soccer team will tomorrow Thursday play Super Division side Red Arrows before leaving for their base in Ndola.
The ZamFoot Crew this morning caught up with young Indomitable Lions when they held thier second training session since their arrival in Zambia in the early hours of Tuesday.
“We play Red Arrows tomorrow at 10:00hrs, then we fly out to Ndola immediately after the game,” the Cameroonians confirmed to Zambianfootball.co.zm
The team is making final touches in readiness for their Total U20 Africa cup of nations title assault.
They will be based in Ndola and are set to take on Amajita in their opening game of the tournament at the Levy Mwanawasa stadium on Monday 27th February.
The young Lions will look to emulate their senior national team who a few weeks ago were crowned African champions and will be hoping to lift the U20 crown for only the second time in their history, having last won it in 1995.
The stage is set for what promises to be a reverting tournament as Africa witnesses the bow of its future stars that will light up the continent’s soccer scene in the years to come.
Are you ready?? As we say welcome to the home of the chipolopolo!
Injure the cubs….take out their star men so that they can be mince meat when Zambia meets them in the Knock out stages

Please get us in the mood for the tournament and report a build to the weekend on our boys as well…everyday! We hosting the bloody tournament Zamfoot!
…build up…
Ok guys let’s discuss about this tournament who are the favorite to lift this cup and who are the under dogs
@ Guru that’s a tough question.
I think this tournament will be full of surprises.
However, my prediction is Zambia v S.Africa in the final.
Oh no just fairplay….
Cameroun and other West African teams lift these tournaments because they are serious.
They arrived early to acclimatise and are already playing local teams to unwind their muscles.
They are serious.
Good Luck to our boys.
My prediction of the final is a Zambia vs Mali. Ba Mali abaiche bakali. Just watch this space.
