Trident FC have confirmed the appointment of Albert Kachinga as their new head coach as earlier reported by the ZamFoot Crew.
The North Western based outfit tool to Social Media to confirm the kachinga has penned a two year deal.
“Trident Football Club is excited to officially announce the appointment of Mr. Albert Kachinga as the head coach, effective immediately. Mr. Kachinga, a highly qualified coach with a CAF A License, joins us from Prison Leopards FC on a 2-year deal.
We are also delighted to welcome Mr. Joseph Musonda, a former 2012 AFCON winner with Chipolopolo, as his assistant coach. Mr. Musonda’s accomplishments as a player and his deep understanding of the game make him an excellent addition to our coaching staff.”
Arnold Malisawa and Isaac Shimoko will continue in their capacities as an assistant coach and goalkeeper’s coach respectively.
Meanwhile Chongo Mwape who served as physical trainer has been drafted to coach the junior team.
Kachinga will be tasked with turning things around for the winners of the 2022/2023 FAZ National Division One League.
