Alex ‘Bazo’ Ng’onga has continued with his rich vein of form since joining Congolese giants TP Mazembe.
The 29 year old has been banging in goals for the the five times African Champions.
Ng’onga hit a double for Mazembe in Wednesday afternoon’s friendly 4-0 win over US Panda.
Merceil Ngimbi and Joel Beya were the other scorers.
Four days ago, Bazo also hit a brace against the same opposition in another 4-2 friendly match.
This was his third brace since joining from Nkana.
The burly striker was banned by the FAZ Disciplinary Committee for violet conduct.
It was against this background that he trekked to Congo.
Ng’onga first made his name at Power Dynamos before he was loaned out to Nchanga Rangers.
He then returned to Power Dynamos.
Following his impressive showing for Power Dynamos in a CAF Champions League game against Gabonese side FC Mounana, he joined the side.
His stay in Gabon was unsuccessful having struggled for game time.
Bazo returned home and rejoined Power Dynamos before he crossed Kitwe’s dual carriage way and turned up for Nkana.
He has been capped all levels for Zambia.
