ZESCO United and FC MUZA played out to a goalless draw in a rescheduled week eight MTN Super League encounter on Wednesday afternoon.
The nine time Champions were looking to make it two wins in a row when they welcomed the Mazabuka based outfit at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
Zega Mambo were without Kenyan striker Vincent Oburu who is nursing an Injury and Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba who was concluding his two match suspension.
It is as the visitors who found the back of the net first as Mandra Muleya converted from 12 yards after Clement Mwape handled the ball inside the area.
The lead lasted only for 12 minutes as Collins Sikombe leveled matters with a fine strike in the 37th minute.
In the second half, Chanda Chileshe almost put MUZA ahead with a powerful shot in the 67th minute but his effort came off the upright.
Collins Sikombe also came close in the last 5 minutes with a sumptuous free kick but unfortunately it came off the cross bar.
ZESCO United finished the match with a man down after Gregory Sanjase was given a red card for holding the ball outside the penalty box.
The draw takes FC MUZA to fifth place with 15 points from eighth while ZESCO United remains stuck in 9th with 13 points.
