SUPER LEAGUE WEEKEND 25 MATCH PREVIEW

3:00 KYSA Vs NAPSA Stars

(Godfrey Chitalu Stadium-Live on SuperSport)
====================================
Napsa Stars are bubbling with confidence at the moment, after a winless run of 4 games. They finally got back to winning ways and what a display the Pensioners put up to end their winless curse against against Zesco United.

The Pensioners’ title chase was reignited after all the top 4 teams failed to win their week 22 matches, they are sitting pretty on position 5 just 4 points behind log leaders Forest Rangers but playing KYSA FC in Kabwe is not a pushover.

KYSA FC is sitting second from bottom on the log with only 14 points to their name and it looks like Eden university has called out loud but they will go down without putting up a fight. The Kabwe based side held a firing Zanaco to a scoreless draw and that was the 4th time this season that the Bankers failed to score even a single goal in the league.

Napsa will need to dig very deep for them to walk away with the 3 points, they need to put up an extra shift both tactically and their play. KYSA will be aiming to spoil the Pensioners’ party and a win for Napsa will leave them in a better position.

15:00 Kabwe Warriors Vs Nakambala Leopards
(Godfrey Chitalu Stadium-Live on SuperSport)
====================================
Nakambala Leopards is another team rocked deep into the valley of relegation, it seems like the pride of Muzabuka will be playing in the National Division come next season, unless they start winning matches and that needs to start in Kabwe against Warriors.

The sweet boys have only managed to win 4 games from the 23 matches they have played this season, 65.2% of their matches have been losing not a good return for a team that wants to stay in Super Division.

Kabwe Warriors have been so inconsistent this season, the Magnificent people’s club is sitting mid-table but they have an opportunity to climb up the log this afternoon.

15:00 Red Arrows Vs Lusaka Dynamos
(Nkoloma Stadium)
====================================
This is the game of the day, it will be a very heated match at Nkolona stadium. It’s all about the story of a 40 year old James Chamanga who seem not to stop scoring.

Many footballers at 40 years will be enjoying their retirement but Chamanga is getting better with age, he has now scored 14 league goals for Red Arrows and he is topping the scoring chart.

On the other side, there is a boy from Cameroon who keeps on terrifying defenders, Baba Basile who is on loan from MUZA Academy is playing his first season in the Super League but he has managed to score 13 goals.

The Cameroonian striker has now overshadowed the presence of one million kwacha worth man Chris Mugalu who has only scored 4 goals. It will be a very interesting match, the two strikers who are leading the scoring chart will come up against each other. Questions are who will come up on top.

15:00 Green Eagles Vs Mufulira Wanderers
(Independence Stadium)
====================================
It shouldn’t be hard for Green Eagles to win this match, Mufulira Wanderers have the most loses in the league this season with 70% of loses to their name and that sums up how much Abena Milambo are struggling.

These are the kind of matches Eagles need to pick up maximum points if they really want to win the league. A win will surely put pressure on Forest Rangers who will be playing Lumwana Radiants tomorrow at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.

Eagles are expected to win this match without difficulties especially that they will be playing at home. For Maite it seems there is nothing they can do to avoid relegation, looking at the rate at which they are dropping points, it’s an only divine intervention that would save them from the jaws of relegation.

15:00 Nkwazi Vs Green Buffaloes
(Edwin Imboela Stadium)
====================================
The pressure is serious mounting on Green Buffaloes coach Bilton Musonda after going 4 games without a win, GBFC has been dropping points despite doing everything right.

Against Napsa Stars at Woodlands Stadium, GBFC dominated possession and had better chances to win the match but went on to draw 2-2, it was the same story against Nkana, against Lusaka Dynamos and recent match against Red Arrows.

The ability to not converting possession into goals has really cost the army sponsored side. Nkwazi too has their own problems this season, they are levitating above the relegation zone.

Since the turn of the new year, the police sponsored outfit Nkwanzi has not lost a single game, they have won 4 games and drawn 4 games while during the same period GBFC has won 1 match, drawn 5 times and lost twice.

This is a derby a fierce one for that matter, the match is expected to be a very tightly contested affair and will be a very close called match.
