Sporting Lusaka U18s have left for Choma for this week’s Barts U18s Invitational Tournament.
The Chipata Compound based side left Lusaka earlier today as they look to arrive early with the aim of impressing during the Competition.
Bart’s Football Club-BFC Choma, Zambia will be hosting an 8 team tournament for the Under 18s.
Other teams who have confirmed participation in the tournament are Zesco United, Prison Leopards, Green Eagles, Misisi Young Gunners, Play it Forward, Billy Pro Sports Academy and the hosts Barts Elite Academy.
The Youth Tournament is being sponsored by Spar Choma, Billy Pro sports and Choma Milling.
The opening ceremony for the tournament will be on Monday the 19th at 08:00 hours at the Choma Sports Club.
Matches will run from 08:30 to 17:30 on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and will be played at the Choma Sports Club.
The Champions will be crowned on Wednesday afternoon at a colourful closing ceremony.
