Green Eagles star player Spencer Sautu will be out for a week after he sustained an injury the ZamFoot Crew understands.
The wing-wizard sustained the injury over the weekend in the Southern Province derby as Eagles played to a goalless draw against Nakambala Leopards.
Sautu suffered torn soft tissues in his right foot after the ball hit him hard and then an opponent player stepped on his foot in the derby.
Sautu will miss the Kawale Boys trip to Lusaka to face Green Buffaloes in Saturday’s MTN/FAZ Super League brought forward week 24 encounter at the National Heroes Stadium.
The speedy winger who continues to be very influential for the Kawale Boys is the Choma based outfit’s top goalscorer with 5 goals.
