Striker Ronald ‘Sate Sate’ Kampamba is happy to rejoin Nkana and declared that the legendary side will survive relegation.
Kampamba rejoined Nkana last week after spending one-and-half seasons at another topflight side, Kansanshi Dynamos.
It was the third time the striker was returning to Nkana Stadium where he is popularly known as Landlord. In an interview from Kitwe yesterday, Kampamba said Nkana is his home and joining the team is always exciting.
“This is my home, I am happy to be back and I want to do my best to help the club,” he said.
Kampamba said Nkana will survive relegation despite occupying the 16th position with 19 points, 20 behind leaders Zesco United.
“There are still a lot of games to go before the end of the season. All we need to do is work hard and we will survive. It is up to us as players. All of us need to put in extra effort,” he said.
