Red Arrows confirm Ngwenya and Lubamba acquisition 

Zambia Super League side Red Arrows have confirmed the acquisition of midfielder Godfrey Ngwenya and striker Angel Lubamba. 

Ngwenya and Lubamba have joined the Zambia Air Force sponsored outfit on permanent basis from Power Dynamos and Nchanga Rangers respectively.

The club took to social media to confirm the development.

“The 2023/24 MTN Super League and ABSA Champions, Red Arrows Football Club is thrilled to announce the acquisition of two exceptional talents: Angel Kieya Lubamba from Nchanga Rangers Football Club and Godfrey Ngwenya from Power Dynamos Football Club, both joining on permanent deals.”

Additionally, the club has also confirmed the return of defender Zephenia Phiri from his loan spell at Prisons Leopards Football Club.

Club President Colonel Moses Kambimbi says the club will continue to reinforce as they are already in negotiations for more players. 

“Red Arrows Football Club remains on course to reinforce the squad and look forward to announcing further additions once all negotiations are finalised. For now, join us in welcoming these outstanding players to the Double Champions,” he said.
