Precious ‘Adebayo’ Nsama scored a late winning goal for High Flying Nkwazi who defeated Police Dove Queens 1-0 in a Police Derby played at Solwezi Technical Secondary School Ground in North-Western Province in a 2020/21 FAZ Women’s Super League Match Week 9 encounter on Saturday afternoon.
The match was full of emotions and it was almost headed for a goalless draw but Nsama who is familiar with the environment has been a player at Solwezi Academy scored a cracking goal for Nkwazi which was direct from a corner kick in the dying minutes of the game to break Doves hearts yet again with a painful 1-0 home defeat.
This was the first-ever Police derby between the two sister clubs who both fall under the umbrella of the Zambia Police Service (ZPS), who are their sponsors.
Nkwazi’s next assignment is a home tie against Queens Academy while Doves will take a trip to Copperbelt to face Nkana Queens.
