Danny Kabwe drops Chipolopolo goalie Allan Chibwe
Power Dynamos coach Danny Kabwe has named his 18 man squad that will travel to Lusaka tomorrow to play Lusaka Dynamos in the opening fixture of the season.
Fwayo Tembo who missed the Charity Shield semi final loss to Zesco United returns to the squad while new signing and 2012 Africa Cup of Nations winning defender Hichani Himonde has been dropped.
Coach Kabwe has also left out national team goalie Allan Chibwe and has entrusted Joshua Titima for the number one position.
Third choice Peter Njobvu has since made the cut on the final 18 Man squad.
Others left out of the team that featured in the charity shield semi final against Zesco United include Govenda Simwala.
The ZamFoot Crew understands that there are no injury concerns with the dropped players and they have only been dropped due to form.
Chibwe is however expected in Lusaka on Sunday to join the local national team camp as he received a call from Chipolopolo coach Wedson Nyirenda.

power dynamos can conquer the Zambian league BT they HV misc it on one point: they haven’t spiced up their squad at least with 3 gud foreign players like the other fellow clubs at doing.
it enhances competition among players themselves
zpl is slowly transformed from locally based to the inclusion of foreign professionals
otherwise P.dynamos got potential
best wishes
Power Dynamos r top 4 material and not league champions this year. Their recruitment has been poor at best!
