Power Dynamos reinforce with five new players 

Zambia Super League Champions, Power Dynamos have confirmed the acquisition of five players to boost their squad ahead of the new season and their CAF Champions League campaign. 

Abayellow have confirmed the acquisition of Cephas Mulombwa and Francis Zulu from Forest Rangers and Prison Leopards respectively. 

Others are Kondwani Chiboni who returns to the club after a stint with cross town rivals Nkana, Former Polokwane midfielder Salulani Phiri and Lionel Bong from Buildcon. 

“Power Dynamos Football Club (PDFC) has announced the signings 

of two formidable attacking midfielders, Cephas Mulombwa and Francis Zulu, as well as two exceptional defenders and a skilled anchorman.”

Salulani joins Power Dynamos after his contract at Zanaco came to an end. Winger Francis Zulu joins the Champions on loan from Prison Leopards. 

Bong on the other hand, was one of the few bright sparks about relegated Buildcon last season. 

The Cameroonian is expected to give Mwenya Chipepo and his technical bench a good cushion at the back. 

Power will face Power Dynamos on 12th August in the Black Label Charity Shield before facing Namibian Champions, African Stars Football Club in the TotalEnergies Confederation of African Football (CAF) Champions League.
