Śląsk were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Stal Mielec on the final day of the league season.
Lubambo Musonda did not make match-day squad.
With other results going their way, Śląsk qualified to the UEFA Europa Conference League first qualifying round after finishing 4th with 43 points from 30 matches played.
They will be making a return to European continental competitions for the first time in 6 years.
Until recently, Musonda has been a constant feature on Śląsk’s right flank.
The former Power Dynamos man has managed 17 appearances this season with one assist.
