Playstation defending by Chepeshi costs Arrows in Dar

Red Arrows captain Bennedict Chepeshi was once again exposed for poor defending as his club suffered a 3-0 defeat to Tanzanian giants Simba.

Simba got their first in goal in the 16th minute from a well taken free kick which beat off Arrows goalkeeper Charles Kalumba.

Three minutes later Simba playmaker Bernard Morrison scores went past three Arrows players -Chepeshi, George Simbayambaya and Felix Bulaya as though it was play station to give an assist for the second goal.

The highly rated Morrison then added the third goal in the second half after easily beat Chepeshi again and leave Kalumba hapless as he failed to cover the near post.

Arrows will host Simba next year in the return leg

  1. We have always said this defender is horrible and should be no where near the national team. How he finds himself there i really wonder?

  2. What shambolic defending is this by Chiluya and Chepeshi! And Chambeshi expected this defence to stand up to international strikers! No ways
