The Zambia U-20 national team is expected to be boasted by two foreign based stars Richard Ngoma and Peter Chikola.
Ngoma and Chikola are expected to join the team directly in Egypt prior to the tournament taking off.
The two left footed wingers will boast the squad.
Ngoma is based in Israel while Chikola is about to switch clubs.
Chisi Mbewe was expected to have four foreign based players but Manneh Chiwisa and Miguel Chaiwa will not be released by their club as the tournament falls outside the FIFA window.
The Young Bullets will this afternoon leave for Abuja, Nigeria for a West African tour and are going to play two friendly matches.
Chisi Mbewe’s lasses will play the Flying Eagles on Friday at the MKO Abiola National Stadium.
Zambia will then move to Dakar, Senegal where they will engage the junior Teranga Lions on February 7.
After the West African assignment, the junior Chipolopolo will head to Egypt where they will set up base before the commencement of the tournament on February 19.
Zambia’s base will be in Group C which will be based in Alexandria.
Group C has Tunisia, Benin and Gambia.
Top four teams at the AFCON will qualify to the FIFA World Cup that will be held in Indonesia from May 20 to June 11.
