Zambia national team striker Patson Daka was on target this evening as Redbull Salzburg beat Rapid Wien 2-0 in an Austrian Bundesliga encounter.
Daka put Salzburg in the lead after nine minutes heading in Andreas Ulmer’s long searching ball. The 21-year-old was however withdrawn in the 68th minute and replaced by Germany youngster Karim Adeyemi to make his Bundesliga debut.

Midfield ace Enock Mwepu put in a full ninety-minute shift starting in midfield before dropping into central defense and coming back into midfield.
Majid Ashmeru made way for Jerome Onguéné in the 59th minute and Hee-Chan Hwang was withdrawn for Noah Okafor in the 83rd minute.
Okafor sealed the win in additional time with a close-range finish, Slotting in Karim Adeyemi’s cross.
Daka has now scored 18 league goals and only Wolfsberger AC forward Shon Zalman Weissman has scored more (23) so far this season.
Salzburg has opened a five-point lead at the summit after LASK Linz lost 2-1 to Hartbeg to drop to third place with Wolfsberger AC moving into second place after beating Sturm Graz 2-1.
