Zambian striker Patson Daka has been nominated for Redbull Salzburg player of the month for February after his heroics for the Austrian club.
The 2017 CAF young player of the year is up against Germany U-21 striker Mergïm Berisha, defender Rasmus Kristensen, and American winger Brenden Aaronson.
Daka struck six times for the Austrian Bundesliga defending Champions including a hat-trick against Rapid Wien which was a real highlight, with his gazelle-like legs causing havoc in the Green and Whites’ defense.
Berisha made four assists in the home match against Rapid, Kristensen was impressive in defense and was the winner of the January edition while Aaronson has done very well since he arrived at Redbull Arena.
Voting is open until Wednesday at 18:00 CET and fans can vote for their favorite player. The winner of the Player of the Month will receive a personalized trophy.
