In Tanzania, Obbrey Chola Chirwa scored the third goal for Azam who beat Fasil Ketema 3-1 to progress to the next round of the CAF Confederation Cup with 3-2 aggregate scoreline.

Clatous Chama and his Simba Sports Club teammates were knocked out of the CAF Champions League on the away goals rule after a 1-1 draw with Mozambican side UD Songo. The first leg finished 0-0 in Mozambique.
In Austria, Patson Daka came for the bench to score the fourth goal for Redbull Salzburg who cruised to a 5-0 win over Flyeralarm admira.
Enock Mwepu played the full ninety minutes.
Brian Mwila was again left out of the Rheindorf Altach matchday squad for their 5-2 loss to Wolfsberger AC.
In Belgium, Zambia U23 national team striker Fashion Sakala was on target for his Belgian Super League side KV Oostende who managed a 2-1 win over KV Mechelen.The Show man scored the opener and put in a full ninety minute shift. Midfielder Emmanuel Banda was not included in the match day squad.

In Poland, Zambia national team winger Lubambo Musonda was left out of the Śląsk Wrocław matchday squad for the 1-1 draw away at Lechia Gdańsk.
In Portugal, Zambia U23 national team winger Kenneth ‘Wonder Boy’ Kalunga will miss the U23 national team back to back AFCON qualifiers against Congo Brazzaville due to injury. Kalunga sustained an ankle injury during training on Friday and will be out for three weeks.
