Lusaka Dynamos head coach Patrick Phiri is not moved by the transfer rumours surrounding star striker Chris Mugalu. Mugalu who has $1 million buy out close in his contract as attracted interest from Tanzanian out-fit AZAM who have offered $60 000 for the Congolese talisman.
” What’s most important is that he is with us this season, What happens after that is not up to us to control. Lusaka Dynamos can not stand in the way of a player if bigger teams are asking for him,” he said.
The former National team boss as also eased worry amongst the fans as he cleared the air on the substitution of captain Clatous Chota Chama with what was earlier perceived to be a knock.
“It’s was just fatigue and he is okay . We are looking forward to him playing in our next match,” he said
Phiri believes his team has a chance at lifting the title .
” We wouldn’t like to wish those teams above us bad luck but it’s football if they stumble then we have a chance if we can work our the last five games, he said
