Zambia Under-17 girls Kaluba Kangwa has denied sexual abuse allegations.

“Wow! This has become serious. I need to sue some people. I never impregnated a player or a 15-year-old. I have worked around women football for many years and am an advocate of the safety of the girl child.”
“Relevant authorities should do their investigations because even between 2012 to 2014, FAZ then under Kalusha Bwalya and NOWSPAR had done investigations into the matter,” Kaluba Kangwa tells the Times of Zambia 🇿🇲 today.
Professor Oscar Mwaanga: “The case I remember was advising him as a brother (Kaluba Kangwa) was when he impregnated a girl whom I had no idea of her age but I told him to take responsibility and the woman in question I hear, is his wife!”
My questions:
1 Why is FAZ president Andrew KAMANGA mentioned on social media for a matter that occurred in 2013?
- If a named professor “brokered peace” how could the matter from 2013 be dealt with in 2022?
And DEFILEMENT is a serious crime, right?
Is anybody allowed to “ broker peace?” If it’s defilement that is ABETTING crimes, isn’t it?
- If there was “peace brokered” where does the evidence come from and who is the COMPLAINANT and the witnesses for KAMANGA to deal with 2013 issues?
- From 2013 why bring that particular matter at the time the Copper Queens are going to the World Cup?
- Why not present all evidence to relevant authorities rather than playing to social media gallery without protection of victims so that ALL PERPETRATORS ARE BROUGHT TO BOOK?
- Can whoever has information and evidence submit to relevant authorities so that ALL PERPETRATORS ARE BROUGHT TO BOOK?
