South Africa PSL side Orlando Pirates are reportedly monitoring Chipolopolo goalminder Toaster Nsabata as a possible replacement for Richard Ofori.
According to Soccer Laduma,The Soweto giants are keeping tabs on the former Zanaco goalkeeper.
Pirates are believed to have not yet settled on the details of a new contract for their star goalkeeper Richard Ofori.
The Ghanaian goalkeeper’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
“For now, it is the Ofori situation that will determine what happens next with Nsabata,” a source is quoted as saying. “But yes, the team is monitoring him and keeping tabs on his progress. They are happy with what they have seen so far.”
Nsabata is currently on the books of another PSL side, Sekhukhune United.
Nsabata was between the sticks for the Copper Bullets in their back to back AFCON qualifiers against Lesotho which they won 3-1 and 2-0 respectively.
