Zambia’s opponents in group B at the Equatorial Guinea 2015 Africa Cup of Nations Cape Verde on Saturday showed character when they came from behind to beat Congo Brazzaville 3 – 2 in an international friendly match played in Senegal.
Congo were cruising to victory with a 2 – 0 lead at half time but the Islanders turned the tables in the second half scoring three goals.
The recovery began with a Congo own goal, while the Heldon and Sporting Platini scored the goals that led to the victory of the Blue Sharks.
Last Wednesday, Cape Verde drew with tournament hosts Equatorial Guinea 1 – 1.
Cape Verde will on Tuesday leave Senegal for Equatorial Guinea ahead of their opening game against Tunisia on the 18th of January.

Do we have video experts on our technical bench? In modern football u can’t do minus that technical aspect. Egypt, Ghana, Senegal, Ivory Coast all have video experts to analyse the games of opponents. We can’t just train in abstract in this day and age.

Leo I think you miss the whole point of a forum like this one. It is not to educate a coach but each other using in-depth analysis. If the coach picks one or two things well and good but analysis just like the one you see on super sport (if you have DSTV) or the one you will see the panel doing during Afcon is not about educating the coach but fans giving in-depth analysis of what they have seen or better still school other fans about certain football issues. Sorry if your mind-set is so low to think that the point of analysis is to educate a coach, I can’t help you with that……you need to blame certain other people for that.
