Oduro not injured, To train with Young Nkana tomorrow

Nkana football club target Isaac Oduro who is also linked with two Lusaka based clubs has been the centre of Social media discussions today after news came through that the player was injured and that’s why Nkana was reluctant to engage him.

Zamfoot can however reveal that the Player recovered and was actually in training Camp with a newly promoted Ghana super league side Karela FC who are keen on signing him.

According to Zamfoot crew sources in Ghana the player was indeed injured early this year but has fully recovered and Nkana President Evaristo Kabila was made aware of this.

” The player and his agent are not happy with the way nkana have handled the whole issue. Injuries are part of football and when the player landed in kitwe the president was made aware of the entire issue and he agreed to let the player be assesd by the technical bench then do medicals before any engagement could be reached,” A source told Zamfoot in an exclusive interview.

” It’s almost one week and the player is just eating and sleeping nobody is talking to him about why he is in Zambia. The assistant coach had a chat with him before he left for holidays and he was suppose to meet the coach yesterday but up to now nothing has changed,” he added.

Oduro will tomorrow train with the junior side before decided whether to stay, take up an offer from a Lusaka based club or take up Karela FC on their offer.

” The player (Oduro) will train with the youth team tomorow then He will decide when he can leave for ghana if he does not agree with any of the two Lusaka clubs,” he said.
