Green Buffaloes coach Bilton Musonda has attributed his teams current good run to hard work and not mere luck or fluke.
Musonda was speaking after overseeing his team’s one nil victory over NAPSA Stars at Sunset Stadium. The win means Buffaloes have not tested defeat in their last six games with five wins recorded.
We have been consistent for the past four seasons or so, I think we have been doing well. It’s not a fluke that we are here it’s because we have been working hard as a team
Musonda believes their CAF Confederation Cup disaster in Egypt has helped them work on their weak link (defending) something which is working to their advantage.
” After we came out of the confederation cup we learned alot in Egypt as we conceded goals that were not even chances. We said what was the problem? defending, defending as a team. So we have been working tirelessly with my team so that we are feeding as a team as a block and it’s becoming difficult for others to penetrate which is a plus for us, ” He said.
