WHAT HAPPENED
Nkwazi Queens were told to go home yesterday as they prepared to depart for Ndola because there was no money for the trip.
A ZamFoot Crew source at Edwin Imboela said the Girls were disappointed and shocked with the development.
“The Girls have been told to go home because there is no money for the trip to Ndola which is very shocking,” the source said.
“This is not the first time the team is going through things, because the girls have struggled to just access transport money and transportation to Games.”
“Remember the Green Buffaloes game at Nationalist Stadium where the players arrived in Yangos they booked and vehicles of fellow players?,” the source added.
In related news Nkana Queens have also failed to travel to Choma also causing another walk over, the third of the season.
The first walk over of the season came when YASA Queens failed to pitch up at Sentinel Ground 11 days ago.
