Super League side Nkana have reignited their interest in Burkinabe forward Yacouba Sogne according to media reports in Ghana.
The Asante Kotoko forward had two months left on his contract and want an annual signing-on fee of $100,000 from the club before he appends his signature to a new deal according to Ghanacrusader.com.
This is the third time Yacouba and the Porcupine Warriors are in talks to renew his contract with the Ghanian giants in the recent past with the talks have broken down twice already.
Nkana is believed to be willing to pay him the amount he is demanding should Kotoko fail to meet his demands.
Nkana were rumored to be chasing the signature of the Burkinabe striker in 2018 and early this following his good showing in the 2018/2019 CAF Confederation Cup.
Yacouba gave both Nkana and Zesco a tough time in their group C encounters and made a good impression on the two Zambian football giants.
