Nkana host Lusaka Dynamos in battle for top four

Nkana and Lusaka Dynamos clash at the top of the MTN FAZ Super League in this weekend’s top bill as league action continues in Zambia during the international break.

Lusaka Dynamos start the day in fourth position on 50 points, with Nkana just a position and a point adrift.

In this epic clash, perhaps the focus will be on two Congolese strikers who play for either side and currently regarded as the best in the Zambian Super League.

Lusaka Dynamos striker Chrispine Mugalu leads the scorers chart with 16 goals while Nkana’s Walter Bwalya, who top scored with 24 goals last season, has nine goals.

Elsewhere, in another top of the table clash, it is third placed Zanaco who host Napsa Stars while second placed Power Dynamos travel to Nchanga Rangers.

Leaders Green Buffaloes will hope to add to their tally of 53 points as they come up against relegation threatened Real Nakonde and Lumwana Radiants are away to City of Lusaka.

Green Eagles will match up against Red Arrows while Mufulira Wanderers will welcome Forest Rangers.

Zesco United’s match with Kabwe Warriors was postponed to a yet to be announced date, while Konkola Blades and Buildcon will face off on 14 October.
