The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has announced the dates for the Eden University National Division One playoff.
The playoffs will take place between 14th and 18th October according to a circular by FAZ general secretary Adrian Kashala addressed to club secretaries and made available to the ZamFoot Crew.
The ten Provincial Division One Winners will be drawn into two groups that will compete on a round-robin basis with the top two teams in each group winning promotion to the National Division One.
“The National Division One promotion playoffs are tentatively scheduled to take place from 14th October to 18th October 2020. The details are as follows.
- The ten Provincial Division One Winners will be drawn into two groups.
- The two groups will be based in Ndola and Kabwe and will play in four venues.
- The format for the playoffs will be on a round-robin basis.
- The top two teams from each group will qualify for National Division One.
- All the ten participating teams are expected to test for COVID – 19 and obtain the results at least a day before traveling for the playoffs.”
