Zambia Super League side ZESCO United have signed former TP Mazembe, Stellenbosch and Green Buffaloes midfielder Nathan Sinkala.
The 2012 AFCON winner has penned a one and half year deal with the Ndola based outfit.
The Nine Time Champions confirmed the acquisition of Sinkala in a statement on their official website.
“ZESCO United is delighted to announce the signing of former Stellenbosch defensive midfielder, Nathan Sinkala.
Sinkala has signed a one-and-half year contract with the nine times Zambian Super League champions.”
The former TP Mazembe player who is also an Africa Cup of Nations winner with Zambia is expected to add more experience to Coach George Lwandamina’s ZESCO United squad.
This comes barely a month and half after he signed a six months deal with Israeli side Sport Club Kfar Kasem.
Sinkala was keeping fit with Zambian Super League side Green Buffaloes after he was released by South African side Stellenbosch in August.
The experienced midfielder has won multiple club titles with TP Mazembe.
He first his breakthrough for 6 months in Israel as a youth team player in 2009 having initially attended trials in Russia a year earlier
He has also featured in the French and Swiss top flight with Sochaux and Grasshopper.
