Napsa Stars opening match of the 2020/2021 season has been moved to Sunday, the club has confirmed.
The Pensioners were scheduled to square off with Zesco United on Saturday at Woodlands Stadium but the match has since been moved to Sunday.
“Please note that our week one League game against Zesco United which was scheduled for Saturday has been pushed to Sunday, November 1, 2020. The venue remains Woodlands Stadium,” Napsa Stars media and public relations officer Gwen Mulundu Chipasula confirmed in a statement made available to the ZamFoot Crew.
The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) also confirmed the development in a communiqué by Premier League Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Brian Mulenga who said that the move was necessitated by the fact that there will be a music concert on the evening of Friday, 30th October 2020 at the match venue, Woodlands Stadium.
