MTN Super League side NAPSA Stars have appointed former head coach Tenant Chilumba as Technical Director.
According to the club, Chilumba will provide strategic and technical leadership, support player and youth development, enhance coaching philosophy, and improve football systems and recruitment processes at NAPSA Stars.
The appointment is also expected to strengthen coordination between the technical team and club management, helping the club build a sustainable foundation for success both on and off the pitch.

Napsa Stars Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Tenant Chilumba as the club’s new Technical Director, a strategic addition aimed at strengthening the club’s football operations and long-term vision.
Acting Chief Executive Officer Brenda Chota said the decision followed a careful review of the club’s technical needs after the position remained vacant for a long period.
“Napsa Stars has had this position vacant for some time, and we are confident that Tenant’s vast technical experience makes him the right fit for the role. His appointment goes beyond match-to-match coaching and is designed to strengthen our overall football operations,” Chota said.
