NAPSA inflict loss on Airmen, Nkwazi, and Power record wins as ZANACO’s winless run continues 

NAPSA Stars inflicted a second loss of the season on defending Champions, Red Arrows as they edged them 1-0 at Reiz Arena in Woodlands, Lusaka. 

Young striker Emmanuel Mwanza scored the only goal of the game to hand the Pensioners maximum points. 

At Edwin Imboela Stadium, High Flying Nkwazi came from a goal down to beat Mighty Mufulira Wanderers 2-1. 

An own goal from George Ndhlovu put Wanderers in the lead a minute after the half hour mark. 

The Zambia Police sponsored outfit drew level nine minutes later through Innocent Kashita who connected well with a Kasanga free kick. 

Mathews Mashimikilo scored the winner two minutes to time as Nkwazi ran away with maximum points. 

Elsewhere ten men Green Buffaloes came back from a goal down to hold Kabwe Warriors to a 1-1 draw. 

Merlin Kapela scored a minute to time to cancel out Mwamba Mutombo’s early goal that put the hosts in the lead just two minutes into the match. 

Power Dynamos recorded a second consecutive win as they edged FC MUZA 1-0 courtesy of a Prince Mumba long range strike. 

ZANACO continued their poor form this season as they were held to a goalless draw by Lumwana Radiants. 

The Bankers are now winless in their last seven games.
