Mwepu to finally test Premier League action after two months

Midfield ace Enock Mwepu is expected to be back in action tonight as Brighton and Hove Albion welcome Tottenham Hotspur at the American Express Community Stadium.

The Computer who returned from a thigh injury after a two-month layoff was an unused substitute over the weekend in the 2-0 loss to Liverpool.

The Computer has been given enough playing time by boss Graham Potter every time he has been fit and he is likely to start in midfield today alongside Yves Bissouma.

With Adam Lallana out with a thigh injury Mwepu is expected to assume the Creator in chief role for Potter’s men.

The Seagulls are looking to end a run of five successive defeats, Albion’s worst sequence since their promotion to the Premier League and they face a tough challenge of bringing that to an end against Antonio Conte’s men.

The Seagulls have won the last two Premier League meetings at the Amex against Tottenham but it was Spurs who walked away victorious in the only meeting between the two this season, 3-1 in the FA Cup.
