Chipolopolo captain Enock Mwepu and his Brighton and Hove Albion teammates have kicked off their one-week-long training camp in Portugal.
Mwepu missed out on the goalless draw with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise having arrived late from international duty.
Graham Potter and his staff were putting the players through their paces on a sweltering morning, in the first full training session since the team arrived in Portugal on Sunday evening.
Mwepu along with other star players like Moises Caicedo, Alexis Mac Allister, Shane Duffy, Leondro Trossard, Robert Sanchez were among those who took part in the session.
The Seagulls will face Championship side Reading FC on 23rd July at the Madejski Stadium before hosting Spanish outfit, Espanyol at the American Express Community Stadium.
Potter’s men will start their English Premier League campaign at Old Trafford against record 20 time Premier League champions, Manchester United.
