MTN Super League returns in eleven days

The MTN Super League will resume on the 17th of February following a mid-season break to accommodate the Africa Cup of Nations, the ZamFoot Crew can reveal.

The ZamFoot Crew understands that the top tier of Zambian football will return in eleven days.

The League went on recess at the start of  the 34th edition of the continent’s flagship tournament, the Africa Cup of Nations.

Football House announced last month that the mid-season recess would run from January 15th, 2024, to February 12th, 2024.

The league went into recess in week 20 with ZESCO United leading the log table with 39 points just a point above Red Arrows in second place.

Defending Champions, Power Dynamos and Green Eagles complete the top four.

Winless Trident FC, Prison Leopards, Nkana and NAPSA Stars make up the bottom four teams.
