Zambian striker Moses Phiri has been named as the fan’s player of the month for his Tanzanian club side, Simba SC.
The former Sensational Zanaco forward beat Competition from countrymate Clatous Chota Chama who won the award last month and Mzamiru Yassin to win the accolade.
Wekundu wa Msimbazi took to social media to confirm the development.
The Award which is sponsored by Emirate Aluminium is accompanied by an amount of 2 million Tanzanian shillings [K13,400].
The Moses of our time has been in fine form for Simba scoring four goals in four competitive matches for the East African giants.
