Avram Grant believes Zambia will be facing arguably one of the best sides on the continent.
Speaking ahead of Monday’s FIFA 2026 World Cup qualifier, the former Ghana coach showed his admiration for the North Africans giants.
“Morocco is a very good team. We congratulate Morocco for qualifying to the world cup.
“Moreover, in Qatar they came out in the semifinal, they played fantastic, they have a very good team, we saw in the reverse game against us.”
The Atlas Lions have been ruthless in this campaign as they have swept Tanzania, Congo, Niger and Zambia aside.
“We know that Morocco is a very good team but we are also a good team and we want to show it tomorrow. It is a very tough game.”
