Napsa Stars assistant coach Harry Milanzi was full of praise for the returning dual of U20 AFCON winning captain Solomon Sakala and Striker Chitiya Mususu. Mususu was the hero of the day with a grabbing a brace to help Napsa Stars to a secure a victory in a 7 goal thriller.
” We really needed this win to bring back the confidence and our winning mentality. As you have seen we have changed the team and the return of Chitiya Mususu and Solomon Sakala is a big boost for us,” Milanzi said.
Mususu and Sakala together with Second half substitute Ngosa Sunzu were out in Europe on trials in order to try and secure moves out of Zambia.
Losing Coach Perry Mutapa blamed the loss of defensive errors. Mutapa has hinted on changes ahead of their week 28 encounter with Red Arrows at the same venue.
” Our defenders did not turn up on the day. We told our defenders to be alert from the first minute but they did not for the entire 90 minutes,” he said.
“This is the second half of the season and if a play is not giving 100% you have no choice but replace him so yes we expect to make changes,” he added.
