Mikey Musukuma is rapidly emerging as one of Zambia’s brightest football talents. The Makeni All Stars striker has been in stellar form, becoming the club’s all-time leading goal scorer and a key figure in their rise to the top of the Lusaka Division 1 table, where they currently lead with 53 points.
With over 10 goals in just 15 games, Musukuma’s recent hat-trick against Kafue Celtics showcased his sharp finishing and attacking intelligence. Ambidextrous and creative, his ability to score and provide killer passes has made him a nightmare for defenders.
“Scoring is part of my role as a striker, and I enjoy every moment I find the back of the net,” Musukuma said, focused yet humble.
His standout performances have attracted international interest, but the young forward remains grounded. With Makeni All Stars securing a spot in the upcoming ABSA Cup, Musukuma sees the tournament as an opportunity to further prove himself.
“Breaking into Europe is a dream, but for now, I’m focused on working hard and helping my team,” he added.
As the ABSA Cup approaches, all eyes will be on Musukuma — a rising star with the talent and determination to go far.
