Micho believes even Guinea have weekenesses ahead of this evenings clash

Zambia national team head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic says any team has weaknesses and can be hurt.

The Chipolopolo gaffer was speaking during a pre-match press conference ahead of this afternoon’s clash against Guinea at the ongoing Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) in Cameroon.

The former Uganda national team and Orlando Pirates coach believes the second game will give a picture of whether the win in the opening game was accidental or because of the hard work and proper planning.

“First of all tomorrows game we need to look at three Angles, the number we are playing a Good side Guinea, coached by a very good coach you could see the touch of good coaching, you can see the individual quality and when you have that in mind you need to give them maximum respect however in this tournament there is no perfect team, every team has points of danger and every team has vulnerability in that regard looking at everything knowing that this national team practically it’s a good phase of Guinean football were Horoya leads by example and other teams are following,” he said.

“There are really on the rise, from that aspect there is also another aspect there are the only team with supporters and let us not forget this is player number 12, its nice to see the supporters of Guinea coming in numbers from the first to the last minute, this is the beauty of the game giving us hope that in abnormal times we could feel the feeling how it was in normal times and how it will be once COVID-19 goes away. are having a second match coming from a win is always a test of character and measurement of value weather the first match pure reflection of the quality or just accidental. in that regard its a test of character and measurement of value, believing in the players we are having believing In the works we are doing believing we will prepare very well small details will decide always on this level of competition, its possible that those small details are on our side.”

“Guinea have seen as play,so instead of coming here in public to present to you I would rather share with my player so that what ever we share and agree we put tactics into practical action and based on that you will see what we will answer,if I tell you now I will not be fair to the players who we have shared 24hours a day 7days a week, the Good and the bad together for the last one month we are here and looking forward,we know that the match will be very tough we play a very good team with great individuals great moral in there camp after winning there first match, but in the same moment there are two aspects we want to give them absolute respect, when they have the ball respect them like there are Bayern Munich or Manchester United were one of Guinean makes all Africa proud by playing for Manchester United Paul Pogba his original from there as far as I know I know that his brother is also playing for the national team, because we have a lot of history crashing against each other not only this meeting but before as well and I will tell you that we shall find a way in our own way to find modality to what ever is good to close and what ever is weak to expose now there is one invisible match before the match that we will play,in taking the deepest attention in details, same for them, and same for us ,the beauty of football is that no one can see in advance, let the football give us the answer.because the beauty of football is that no body in advance could predict what will happen. But that invisible match and quality of that invisible match before the match in preparation going into the deepest details individually, partnerships, in departments and as a team, Is something that could play a very important role against top-class teams like Guinea,” he added.

Micho is happy with the return of the captain Adrian Chama who missed the opening match

“it is a relief cause we were shocked last time reaching the dressing room and you are told that your captain is not there yet we had prepared for everything, our captain coming back is like having your trusted general back, and extended hand of coaching on the pitch,” he said.

Zambia who is second on the log will this afternoon clash with group D log leaders, Guinea at the Stade de Limbe. Kick-off is set at 18:00hrs Central African time.
