  1. Alex mcleish is now the new coach of zamalek according to rumours. This is a big European coach who did well at Glasgow rangers. Mayuka may flourish at this club

      • Hmm! Guys I’m not sure about Mcleish being a great coach. Every coach who goes to Rangers or Celtic does well due to their dominance in the SPL. He struggled big time when he moved to the EPL. But may be he’ll do well in Egypt.

        • We mean he’s somebody with a pedigree. He’s not just any other nonentity from nowhere. Mcleish is known from UK football fraternity having coached recognisable teams in the world, hence our labelling him as a great coach.

  2. Yes, finallllllllllllllly Ba Mayuka. Please convince us that you’re not finished. Hope you will continue with your performance. Such a goal will uplift you. To be honest I am one of those people who’s thinking that you’re finished.

  3. All the guys that won they 2012 AFCON for Zambia apart from a few who have aged, are not finished, they had an AFCON fever, thinking that they have it all and not realising that it was the hardwork they got them the AFCON. and they should continue working even harder, instead relaxed.

    • You’re absolutely right on that one. It wasn’t just the players, it was FAZ, it was everybody. Remember how much preparation went into AFCON 2012, compare all that to what was done prior to 2013 AFCON…nothing.

  4. Now please be consistent and don’t pull a move on us like you did in France were you scored in two/three games and that was it. We all know you are a sublime striker but we need you to be consistent with that sublimity.
Congrats on your goal and to your whole team for winning.

  5. Goals are what strikers are paid for.Going forward, keep up your momentum Mayuka. By the way, Rodger Kola is another lad thats not scoring, its a little worrying.Hope he can pull in a few goals, or else his greek club may release him.

Leaders Al Ahli may also have a new manager shortly, after local media reported Martin Jol is set to take over.

“Of course, I would like to work in Egypt. For me, Zamalek is a big club but Al Ahli is the biggest club in the Middle East … everyone in Europe knows that Egypt is a fantastic country so it would be nice to work in Egypt. Why not?” Jol told Egyptian website
