Southern Province side River plate will be looking to continue on their quest for Eden University National Division Promotion.
Mathews Ndhlovu is the man tasked with that job at the moment.
The club announced the appointment of the former Homes gaffer two days ago as they look to start their preparations for the new season.
“River Plate Fc wishes to announce the appointment of the new technical bench for the 2022/2023 season.
Matthews Ndhlovu has been appointed as head coach.”
Ndhlovu will be assisted by Ferdinand Mwachindalo as first assistant coach and Daniel Obo who will serve as second assistant coach and player.
Ndhlovu takes over from Christopher ‘Gazza’ Tembo’s whose one season long contract expired and was not renewed.
River Plate finished second in the Southern Province Division One behind Blue Arrows.
Ndhlovu will be aiming to start high as the quest for National Division One is very cardinal to River plate.
