Zambian teenage winger Richard Ngoma will be spend the 2023/24 season on loan at Hapoel Ramat Gan.

Ngoma recently signed a 4 year deal with Israel top flight Maccabi Netanya from National League side Athletico Lusaka.

The 19 year former Zambia Under-17 captain has had rollercoaster 18 months.
He spent six month at Zambian glamour side Nkana and impressed on loan during the second part of the 2021/22 season.
His performance in Wusakile caught the attention of Maccabi Netanya and signed a season (2022/23) loan deal and featured in the Israeli youth league (U19).
