African football governing body, CAF has invited top coaches on the continent including George Lwandamina for a Pro licence coaching course in Rabat, Morocco.
Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane who guided the South African club to the 2016 CAF Champions League triumph and DR Congo coach Florent Ibenge are some of the coaches who will be in Rabat from March 12 to 17th.
Two seasons ago Lwandamina guided Zesco United to the CAF Champions League semi-final but the former Mufulira Wanderers defender has failed to replicate that success in Tanzania.
Last season his side Young Africans – Yanga were knocked out by Zanaco in the second round.
Having lost the first leg 2-1 to Township Rollers , Lwandamina is under pressure to deliver in the second leg in Gaborone in a fortnight.
Back home, the former Chipolopolo Boys coach is being linked with a return to Zesco United.
