Lusaka Provincial Division One side Shamuel Soccer Academy has parted ways with its head coach Fewdays Musonda.
The former Nkana Football Club coach was appointed as Shamuel Head coach on 23rd March 2021 with the mandate to meet the Club’s main objective for the 2020/2021 Season which was to qualify the team to the National Division One League.
The Club states that the decision comes after the coach fails to meet the main objective of qualifying Shamuel to the National Division One League with Management deciding not to renew his short-term contract which ended earlier this month.
The club management has since thanked Musonda and wished him well in his future assignments.
Fewdays leaves the club in 10th position with 40 points from 31 league matches with 8 wins, 16 draws, and 7 defeats and trail log leaders, Young Green Eagles with 26 points.
Fewdays is one of the most experienced coaches in the country with a record of nurturing owner of Shamuel Soccer Academy Evans Kangwa, together with Nkana striker Ronald Kampamba, Klings Kangwa among other players.
