Zambian midfielder Lubambo Musonda helped his club Gandzasar earn a European spot when he scored in their 2 – 1 away won over Ararat in the Armenian league.
Lubambo who has been in very good form of late continues to command a first team position for Gandzasar and he opened the scores in the 16th minute.
Despite Ararat replying, replying with a goal, Â Gandzasar scored a late winner in the 82nd minute which confirmed their spot in Europe with three games to play.
Gandzasar are currently second on the log and could still clinch a Champions League position if log leaders Alishkert who are three points ahead slip up in the remaining games.
Today’s goal marked his fourth goal in six games in all competitions.
The 22 year old has played 26 games in the league scoring five times marking this as his best goal scoring season of the three he has been in Armenia.
